Hydraulic Elevator & Lift Power Unit

The Power Unit (or elevator motor) is a critical component of hydraulic lifting systems. Its function is to generate and transmit hydraulic pressure to raise and lower the elevator car or lift platform.

Advantages of Hydraulic Elevator & Lift Power Unit

1. Italian Core Components

Every Liftiko power unit is built with genuine Italian hydraulic components.

the industry benchmark for hydraulic elevator direction control. This integration guarantees precise, responsive cabin movement (up/down) and long-term reliability. Liftiko is not only an importer of Blain valves but also the first manufacturer of electric control valves in Iran—bringing you unmatched technical expertise.

3. Simple Installation and Maintenance

A power unit is more than the sum of its parts. Liftiko delivers fully integrated,

Components of the Power Unit (Power Pack)

Electric Motor

The main energy source, connected to the hydraulic pump.

Types of Electric Motors used in Hydraulic Power Units:

  • Dry Motor (Air-Cooled): Used for small-scale, low-rise lift projects.

  • Submersible Motor (Oil-Bath): Designed for high-rise elevators and large-volume hydraulic systems.

Liftiko / Shakib Jack utilizes original SB and ELMO motors, made in Italy, in our power units. The key reasons for selecting these motors are their superior quality, high power output, and silent operation.

Hydraulic Pump

A vital component of the power unit, the hydraulic pump draws oil from the tank and transfers it to the piston, causing the jack and the cabin to move.

The pumps used in our hydraulic power units are Screw Pumps and Cima Pumps, manufactured in Italy.

Hydraulic Solenoid Control Valve

Another essential component of the power unit. The control valve is responsible for managing the upward and downward movement of the cabin.

  • Blain is recognized as one of the most renowned and highest-quality brands of control valves in the hydraulic industry.

  • Liftiko is an importer of original Blain valves and the first manufacturer of electric control valves in Iran.
